We’ve showed one are of soft mushroom corals.  Now, the only place where I’ve seen something as good as that was actually a tubataha reef, which is probably the most famous dive site, you know, in the Philippines.

I know we have MPAs everywhere already but maybe we have to extend them to some certain areas as well.  Of course, It’s about getting the balance right with the fishermen and the potential, potential scuba divers that could come to Calapan in the future.  So , but from what I’ve seen, definitely areas need to be protected, that’s for sure.

So there is definitely a lot of areas to explore in Calapan, and hopefully, over the coming months and years, we can make it into a new diving destination for the Filipinos and international tourists to enjoy
